Juicy Chicken Bites with a Spicy, Crispy Coating.

Ingredients

  1. Hokkaido Karaage Marinade Sauce “ZANGI”
  2. Ultra Spicy Sauce

Cooking Direction

  1.  Marinate chicken with Wakou’s Hokkaido Karaage Marinade Sauce “ZANGI” at a ratio of 8:1 marinade.
  2.  For a 1-hour marinade, use the sauce straight without dilution.
  3. After marinating, pat the chicken dry and coat with a mixture of flour and cornstarch.
  4. Stir-fry the coated chicken in a hot pan until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Add Ultra Spicy Sauce to taste and mix well before serving.
