Octopus Carpaccio (Side Dish)

Fresh, Tender Octopus with a Zesty Plum Sauce.

Ingredients

  • Kishu Plum Sauce

Cooking Direction

  1. Prepare 20g of octopus and 20g of squid. Slice thinly if needed.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sliced octopus and squid with 10g of Wakou’s Kishu Plum Sauce.
  3. Gently toss to coat the seafood evenly with the sauce.
  4. Arrange the mixture neatly on a serving plate.
  5. Garnish with herbs, microgreens, or thinly sliced vegetables if desired.
  6. Serve chilled as an appetizer.
