Light and Savory Soy Sauce Based Ramen in Tokyo Style.

Ingredients

  • #2 Tokyo Shoyu Ramen Soup Base

Cooking Direction

  1. Boil noodles in plenty of hot water until cooked, then drain.
  2. Mix 1.5 fl oz Wakou’s #2 Tokyo Shoyu Ramen Soup Base with 12 fl oz soup stock or hot water.
  3. Transfer the noodles into a bowl and add seasoning oil.
  4. Pour the soup over the noodles and add your desired toppings to complete the dish.
