Job Description – Office Clerk/Admin. Assistant(Nonexempt)
【Main Duties】
- Assistant for admin./office clerical (entry level)
【Descriptions】
- Sort, prepare outgoing mail and delivered items
- Respond to phone calls and visitors
- Check office supply inventory and replenish
- Setup PC/mobile device for new employees
- Assist accounting (sort and organize documents, data entry)
- Assist HR (accepting temporary workers/conduct orientation for new hires)
- 【Other】As assigned by other team members/management
【Skills Needed】
- Communication – report, explanation of information to others
- Teamwork – cooperate other departments and their members
- Microsoft Office/365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) – draft documents, charts, presentation materials, etc.
- Language: Japanese (business level – native level), English (business level)
【Location】
- Santa Fe Springs
【Work Hours】
- Mon. – Fri., 08:30 – 17:30 plus overtime (15 to 30 minutes/day)
【Report to:】
- Manager (Admin.)
【Wage】
- $18/hour or DOE (Nonexempt)
