Cooking Directions
Mix 1.5oz soup base w/12oz of hot water or soup stock & add toppingsGyokai-Fu Tsukemen (Dipping Noodle)
Cooking Directions
1. Wash the noodles w/ cold water after boiling.2.Transfer the soup base in a stainless container after opening.
3. In a bowl, scoop 1.5oz (54g) of soup base & add 10g of lard (optional).
4. Add 236cc of hot water/soup broth
5. Mix well.
6. Serve noodles separately.
