Ingredients

  • #88 Golden Veggie Spicy & Sour Base
  • beef slices
  • bok choy
  • mustard green pickles (takana)
  • noodles
  • red chilli
  • chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Blanch the beef slices in boiling water, then set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles and bok choy together in plenty of boiling water.
  3. In a serving bowl, combine 2.0 oz of soup base with 12 oz of hot water and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and bok choy to the bowl.
  5. Top with the blanched beef, mustard greens, red chili, and chopped green onions. Serve hot.

Tips

  • Use any noodle you prefer. Ramen noodles, rice noodles, knife-cut noodles, and udon all work well with our Golden Soup Base.
