Spicy Sesame Sauce Ma-Ra
#1 Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base
Ultra Spicy Sauce (Optional)
Cooking Direction
In a bowl, combine the following ingredients to make the soup base:
・54g (1.5 oz) of #1 Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Base
・25g Spicy Sesame Sauce “Ma-Ra”
・12 oz hot water or soup stock
Stir well until everything is fully mixed pour into a pot.
In a pot, add meats, shrimp, vegetables, fishcakes, and noodles, and heat until cooked.
Top with the chopped green onions.
Add 1-2 table spoons of Ultra Spicy Sauce for extra spiciness.
