Ingredients
Otaru Shoyu Ramen Base
Ultra Spicy Sauce
Ramen Flavor Oil
Cooking Direction
In a bowl, combine the following ingredients to make the soup base:
・1.5 fl oz Otaru Shoyu Base
・20g Ultra Spicy Sauce
・2 teaspoons Ramen Flavor Oil
・12 fl oz hot stock or hot water
Stir well until everything is fully mixed.
In a pan, sauté chives, bean sprouts, and ground meat until cooked and fragrant.
Pour the prepared soup into a serving bowl.
Add cooked noodles to the bowl, or serve them separately if preferred.
Top with the sautéed chives, bean sprouts, and ground meat.
