Fresh, Tender Octopus with a Zesty Plum Sauce.
Ingredients
Kishu Plum Sauce
Cooking Direction
Prepare 20g of octopus and 20g of squid. Slice thinly if needed.
In a small bowl, mix the sliced octopus and squid with 10g of Wakou’s Kishu Plum Sauce.
Gently toss to coat the seafood evenly with the sauce.
Arrange the mixture neatly on a serving plate.
Garnish with herbs, microgreens, or thinly sliced vegetables if desired.
Serve chilled as an appetizer.
