Taiwan Ramen (Spicy Noodle)

Fiery Taiwanese Style Spicy Noodle Bowl.

Ingredients

  • #5 Tan Tan Veggie Sesame
  • #11 Topping Spicy Miso

Cooking Direction

  1. Boil noodles in plenty of hot water until cooked, then drain.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté chives, bean sprouts, and ground meat for toppings.
  3. In a bowl, combine 1.5 fl oz Wakou’s #5 Tan Tan Veggie Sesame, 1 tsp Wakou’s #11 Topping Spicy Miso, and 12 fl oz stock soup or hot water. Mix well.
  4. Transfer noodles into a serving bowl and pour the soup mixture over them.
  5. Add the sautéed toppings to complete the dish.
