  3. In a serving bowl, combine 1.5 oz of #1 Tonkotsu Soup Base and 1–2 tablespoons of #11 Topping Spicy Miso. Pour in 12 oz of hot water and stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the bowl.
  5. Top with the pork chashu, boiled egg, green onions, bean sprouts, crushed garlic, and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Red & Black Garlic Fire Tonkotsu Ramen

  1. Mix #11 Topping Spicy Miso and #21 Light Garlic Oil in a 1:2 ratio. Let the mixture rest for 1 hour until the oil turns a vibrant red.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles in plenty of boiling water.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the pork chashu, boiled egg, and chopped green onions.
  4. In a serving bowl, combine 1.5 oz of #1 Tonkotsu Soup Base with 12 oz of hot water and stir well until fully dissolved.
  5. Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the bowl.
  6. Top with the pork chashu, boiled egg, and chopped green onions.
  7. Finish by drizzling the prepared Spicy Garlic Oil over one half of the bowl and Roasted Black Garlic Oil over the other half to create a striking two-tone finish.
