Delicate Bonito Slices Dressed with Tangy Plum Sauce.
Ingredients
Kishu Plum Sauce
Cooking Direction
Prepare sliced katsuo sashimi (bonito).
Thinly slice some white onion and soak briefly in cold water to reduce sharpness. Drain well.
In a bowl, combine the katsuo sashimi and white onion.
Add 10g of Wakou’s Kishu Plum Sauce.
Gently toss to mix and coat evenly.
Arrange on a plate and serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with herbs or citrus zest.
