Katsuo Carpaccio (Side Dish)

Delicate Bonito Slices Dressed with Tangy Plum Sauce.

Ingredients

  • Kishu Plum Sauce

Cooking Direction

  1. Prepare sliced katsuo sashimi (bonito).
  2. Thinly slice some white onion and soak briefly in cold water to reduce sharpness. Drain well.
  3. In a bowl, combine the katsuo sashimi and white onion.
  4. Add 10g of Wakou’s Kishu Plum Sauce.
  5. Gently toss to mix and coat evenly.
  6. Arrange on a plate and serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with herbs or citrus zest.
