Ingredients

  1. After boiling the noodles, rinse them with cold water.
  2.  In a serving bowl, add 1.5 oz (54g) of soup base and 10g of lard (optional).
  3. Pour in 236cc of hot water or soup broth.
  4. Stir well until fully mixed.
  5. Serve the noodles separately from the soup.
