  • Kishu Plum Sauce

Cooking Direction

  1. Prepare the marinade. Use a chicken-to-sauce ratio of 8:1.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Do not dilute the sauce.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken with a mixture of flour and cornstarch.
  4. Stir-fry the chicken until fully cooked and crispy.
  5. Serve with Wakou’s Kishu Plum Sauce.
