Spicy Chicken Karaage (Side Dish)

Crispy Fried Chicken with a Spicy Kick.

Ingredients

  • Hokkaido Karaage Marinade Sauce “ZANGI”
  • Ultra Spicy Sauce

Cooking Direction

  1. Prepare the marinade. Use a chicken-to-sauce ratio of 8:1.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Do not dilute the sauce.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken with a mixture of flour and cornstarch.
  4. Deep-fry the chicken until fully cooked and crispy.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken with Ultra Spicy Sauce. Use as much as desired.
