  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, sauté the ground pork, chop the green onions, and lightly blanch the bok choy.
  3. In a serving bowl, combine 1.5 oz of soup base with 12 oz of hot water and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl after draining thoroughly.
